Our Ozone preferred specialist are bonded and insured.
Does Ozone schedule same day services?
Ozone strives to meet the needs of all costumers. Same day services are provided based on of our specialist’s individual schedules.
Are the detailers paid through the website or directly?
All payments are made directly through the website at the time of scheduling. No money transfers will be made in person.
How can I get ahold of an Ozone customer service agent?

Can I contact my Detailer directly?
After scheduling the Detailing Specialist you prefer, all communication will be through Ozone’s messaging center. To keep our customers safe and secure you should never directly contact your Detailing Specialist on any other platform.
What are my refund options?
Once service is rendered refunds are unavailable. However, if you are dissatisfied with the detailing work you received, please reach out to our customer service through email. Ozone has a variety of solutions to make your experience a happy one.
What do I do if my detailer damages my vehicle?
Our Ozone Preferred Detailing Specialist are fully bonded and insured and are committed to keeping your automobile in pristine condition. All are required to take photos before and after their services. If by an unfortunate event damage occurs, please reach out to us at ozonedetails@gmail.com.
How late can I cancel services?
We ask for a 24-hour advanced notice on scheduled car detailing and a 2 hour notice on same day scheduling. If your appointment is not canceled within that timeframe, you will be charged a $50 retainer fee.
How can I Reschedule?
Simply select “Reschedule” under your desired order in your Customer Dashboard!
Can I schedule with the same detailer multiple times?
Yes! If you enjoy your Detailing Specialist work, you can reschedule as often or as little with them as you’d like. Remember all scheduling is subject to our Specialist individual schedules.
